Purchases
"Add to cart" buttons are commonplace on websites that want to sell you the same thing they sell to everyone else. That is not us. With us you will never settle for "good enough" just because it was the only thing available. Work with us to find the perfect gift, even if it is not something you see on this website, and we can worry about payment later.
After we pick out the perfect gift together, we can figure out the best way of getting it to you and will send an invoice when we are done creating your one-of-a-kind item.
In addition to the products listed on this site, we have stacks of catalogs with thousands of additional items. Chances are, if you cannot find it on our website, we can find it in one of our catalogs.
We really try to avoid this as much as possible. We try to combine orders from our vendors to help us keep costs low by avoiding large fees to ship a single item to us. That does not always work as planned, though, and we may ask that you order additional items to avoid additional fees.
Most of our customers are local to us and we rarely need to ship anything. However, if you would like something shipped just let us know and we can work together to figure out the best way to get your order to you.
If we made a mistake, absolutely. If something is wrong with the final product that is our mistake, we will make it right. However, since every order is custom-made, there is not much we can do if you decide you no longer want a gift with your name on it. We will try to be accommodating but as a general rule we do not accept returns on personalized items.
